A kid and his horse move through a world that doesn't need to prove anything to you. The music carries the whole thing, turning what could be a simple educational segment into something that feels like remembering a place you've always known. This is comfort without sentimentality, curiosity without stakes.

Ooi! Hanimaru is a short music video centered on Hanimaru and his horse. It served as the opening sequence for an NHK educational television program that shares the same name, introducing the title character to viewers before each broadcast. The piece runs as a single episode in music video format.
