SYNOPSIS
Three supernatural outcasts wander through modern Japan searching for humanity itself. Bem, Bera, and Bero are youkai ningen,creatures caught between monster and human, belonging to neither world. Their bodies mark them as inhuman, yet their hearts yearn for genuine connection with ordinary people. Each episode sends this trio into situations where the line between monster and human blurs dangerously. They encounter genuine cruelty wearing a human face and unexpected kindness from those society has rejected. The series asks whether monstrosity lives in appearance or in choice, whether redemption requires transformation or acceptance. The tone shifts between darkly comedic and genuinely unsettling.
