A detective whose entire body is a butt solves crimes with the deadpan competence of a real investigator. The joke never wears thin because the show commits completely to the bit, treating butthole forensics and posterior deduction with the serious tone of a heist thriller. You're laughing at the absurdity while actually invested in whether Butt Detective stops Shiriarty, and that's the entire magic right there.

A puzzling string of crimes turns out to be the handiwork of Shiriarty, a villain determined to get his hands on a mysterious treasure called the O-PARTS. Butt Detective and his assistant Brown team up with Audrey, an investigator from the international police agency Wanterpol. Together they try to keep the O-PARTS out of the wrong hands while Shiriarty works to cast the world into darkness. The film is a comedy mystery built around detective work and a scheming villain.
