Commissioned by the Japanese government, this 22-minute educational web video sets out to explain how the returning system works. Its route into the subject is an unusual one: Shota, a high school boy, is lovestruck over a classmate who does not return his feelings, and his crush becomes the doorway to a lesson on jury service.
