You've spent 25 episodes watching these people become your people. This finale doesn't betray that. It gives you the thing the original game promised: the protagonist finally understanding why he came to Inaba, what it cost him to stay, and what leaving actually means. A 30-minute special that proves a goodbye can hit as hard as any revelation.

Persona 4 the Animation: No One is Alone is a single special episode released in 2012 alongside the tenth Blu-ray volume of Persona 4 the Animation. It adapts the true ending of the original PS2 game and returns to the rural town of Inaba, where a string of mysterious murders is tied to fog after heavy rain and to a rumored midnight TV channel. The episode mixes action, mystery and supernatural elements.
