In an era of space exploration, Romi and her partner George leave a ruined Earth behind and set out to build a new life on the planet Eden17. When they arrive, they find that life on their new world has already died out, and Romi is left to scrape by in conditions even harsher than those they fled. The four-episode ONA blends drama, fantasy and science fiction, and a film version with a different ending was also released.
