Two kids who don't fit anywhere wake up in a town that exists inside a toy box, where the only rule is that looking good and feeling confident are the same thing. Pinky Street doesn't pretend to be deep, but it means what it says about fashion and self-expression hitting different when you're the person nobody expects it from. By the end of two episodes, a tomboyish girl and an otaku have both learned something that actually sticks.

Mei is a tomboy who wishes she could put more effort into fashion like her favorite Pinky Street figure, but her male classmates keep giving her grief. Keiichirou is an otaku who collects the figures and has just fought with a good friend. While they sleep, both are carried off to Pinky Town, where they visit a clothing store and a toy store and share a meal with the figure Saki. The two-episode CG OVA from GONZO is a comedic slice-of-life tie-in to the collectible Pinky:st toy line.
