Tomoatsu Naoe is a massage therapist with an ordinary routine until a strange client named Erufuda shows up at the end of his day. She has green eyes and pointed ears and was raised in a forest, because she is an elf from another world. Since arriving here she has fallen hard for junk food, and the pounds she has piled on now keep her from going home. Naoe agrees to coach her through a diet so she can return to her world, but keeping the weight off proves harder than losing it. Soon the pair start meeting other visitors from another world who share the same wish to slim down. The result is a short-form fantasy comedy with ecchi touches and a slice-of-life pace.
