Each episode is its own story. No continuous plot, no main character you're supposed to root for, just eight different reasons to remember why you fell in love with Pokémon in the first place. One episode might be a kid's first battle. Another is a trainer ten years later, standing in a place that matters. The show trusts that the regions themselves are enough. It doesn't need to convince you the franchise is worth celebrating. It just shows you a moment from someone's life where a Pokémon was there, and lets that be the whole thing.

Pokémon Evolutions is an eight-episode original web animation made to mark the 25th anniversary of the Pokémon franchise. Across its episodes, the series travels through every known region of the Pokémon world, offering fans a tour of the places the franchise has visited over the years. Its genre labels point to action and fantasy.
