Four teenage girls decide to go to Antarctica. Nobody takes them seriously. The show spends thirteen episodes proving that the real journey isn't the continent, it's watching four broken kids rebuild each other into people who can actually move. Mari starts as someone too afraid to want anything. Shirase has spent three years alone, talking to a dream nobody believed in. By the end, you understand why they had to go together, and why getting there mattered less than becoming the kind of people who could try.

Mari Tamaki is in her second year of high school, full of big dreams but held back by fear, and determined not to waste any more of her youth. When she meets Shirase Kobuchizawa, a classmate mocked for talking about nothing but Antarctica, something clicks. Shirase has been saving money to travel there and search for her missing mother, and while almost everyone doubts her, Mari is moved by her resolve and decides to go with her. Their efforts soon draw in the cheerful Hinata Miyake, who wants to stand out, and Yuzuki Shiraishi, a polite girl from a wealthy background. Together the four set out for the frozen south in an adventure that mixes comedy with drama, each of them hoping to find something great.
