Chapter 3: Cost for Custom Cars is a one-episode OVA from 2023 in the Princess Principal: Crown Handler line. It was released as a short bundled with the Blu-ray edition of Crown Handler Chapter 3, and its slice-of-life label points to an everyday, low-stakes bonus piece rather than a main story installment.
