Hans Duan, a 22-year-old interior designer nobody has heard of, gets pulled into a criminal dispute after designing a house for a member of the group involved. Wrongly treated as a murderer, he is sentenced to death. In prison he meets a government scientist known as No.73, who asks him to take part in a human experiment. The experiment fails and Hans dies, and his body is dumped in a city landfill. The drug left in his system then causes a genetic mutation, and Hans comes back to life as a woman. The story mixes action, sports and slice of life as it follows what happens to her next.
