Two people can only talk to each other while eating ramen, and they use that impossible rule to say everything they've been too afraid to say. It's a love story told in the margins of a bowl, where the only honesty that matters happens between slurps. The show knows ramen is just the excuse, the real warmth is the conversation you've been waiting for.

Saki and Ken share a strange ability: while they are eating, and only then, they can talk to each other inside their heads. The two short episodes are a pair of commercials for Maruchan's ZUBAAAN! instant ramen, directed by Yoshiyuki Ookubo, and they pair that odd premise with a light touch of romance and everyday slice of life.
