Fremy's chapter is the cruel one: the Saint of Gunpowder, raised as a weapon against the Braves, half fiend and half human, put in front of a young girl and left to figure out what to do with that. Adlet gets his turn too, the self-declared strongest man in the world, all pouches and gadgets and bluster.
