A giant whale floats in the sky over a town where extraordinary things are treated as everyday events, and a miracle unfolds there. Kuonji has only recently begun to see the whale, and he finds it both wondrous and frightening, though his peers do not react the same way. Beneath its gaze he spends his days talking and hanging out with an odd circle of friends, including Nina, the cat-loving Sacchan and a strange alien named Allen. Along the way he keeps landing in ecchi situations. Based on a game by Circus, the 12-episode ONA mixes comedy, romance, mystery and the supernatural.
