Hachi still doesn't know what a century means, and by now he's stopped asking. Part 2 is about a being made of stone learning that presence itself is the point, that showing up for your friends in Shibuya day after day builds something real without needing to understand it. The show moves at the speed of a dog learning the city again, which is the speed of actually living in it. There's no mystery to solve, no arc to complete, just Hachi and his friends finding small reasons to be together in the same place, and that's enough.

The second part of SHIBUYA♡HACHI returns to Hachi, the figure who stands for the famous Hachiko dog statue at Shibuya station. After a long time of keeping watch over the city, Hachi has begun moving around modern Shibuya, where he spends easygoing, pleasant days alongside a group of upbeat friends. Told in short episodes, this slice-of-life sequel runs for twelve installments.
