A child and a teddy bear sit together in quiet spaces, and the song asks nothing of you except to listen. The animation moves like a lullaby, each frame placed where it needs to be, nothing wasted. Mio Watanabe's voice carries the whole thing, gentle, specific, the kind of song that stays with you after the video ends because it was never trying to impress you in the first place.

Soba ni Iteyo Teddy Bear is a single-episode music video made for a song of the same name performed by Mio Watanabe. The animated piece was featured on Minna no Uta, a program broadcast by NHK.
