Anpanman just shows up and fixes things with a smile, no fanfare, no angst. The world needs him to be simple and good, and he never questions it. Kids watch this and learn that helping someone is enough of a reason to act, no complicated backstory required, no philosophical debate, just a bread man feeding hungry people one episode at a time.

Sore Ike! Anpanman: Outa to Teasobi Tanoshii ne is a 2000 comedy and fantasy OVA.
