Pantan is a red panda searching for a treasure said to lie inside a rainbow star in the night sky. For Pantan the hunt is about more than riches: it keeps a promise made long ago to an adventurer. When Pantan crosses paths with Anpanman, the hero offers his abilities to help with the search. The result is a comedic fantasy film built around a quest to honor an old promise.
