Mikaze Honjou has been shot, Miharu Oozora has just awakened and is fleeing, and the rest of the Shimoji team is split up, so the girls of Shimojijima Base are in serious trouble. New swarms of comets appear, some threatening to hit the base itself, while the higher-ups scheme in secret. A huge interception mission is planned, combining Comet Blasters with the Meteor Sweepers' MiG-31MS and TSR-2MS craft. The team must rely on friends, allies and pure willpower to protect Earth and deal with the conspiracies they have uncovered. These two OVA episodes bring the whole Stratos 4 story to a close as a sci-fi comedy finale.
