A girl returns to an island she barely remembers, convinced she's hunting treasure. What she finds instead is the person who was already there waiting for her. Summer Pockets builds something rare: a love story that doesn't need confession scenes or dramatic reveals because the real treasure was always just two people choosing to keep finding each other. The movie compresses a full relationship arc into something that feels unhurried anyway, trading spectacle for the quiet weight of a promise made when you were both too young to know what it meant. This is for people who believe summer feels different when someone specific is standing next to you.

A theatrical edit of the Summer Pockets anime series that follows Kamome Kushima's route. Kamome spent time on Torishiro Island as a child, and now she comes back saying she is there to hunt for treasure. She sets out on an adventure with Hairi, and two questions hang over the journey: what the island's hidden treasure is, and what past ties the two of them together. The film mixes adventure, drama and romance with slice of life moments and a supernatural touch.
