Nao's raw physical chaos meets Chojo's psychic obliviousness, and the show knows exactly how funny it is when a mind reader still manages to say the worst possible thing at the worst possible time. Every crime scene becomes a collision between what Chojo already knows and what he has no idea how to actually handle. This is two cops who shouldn't work together at all, except they do, because the joke writes itself every single time.

In Chinjuku, a city that stays awake around the clock, Meguru Chojo serves as a senior police officer with psychic powers that go far beyond anything humans can grasp. At his side is his partner Nao Ippongi, an expert in judo. The two make a comic pair on the force, and they are determined to keep the streets clean using whatever methods it takes. The show is a comedy with a slice-of-life feel, built around the daily work of this unusual police duo.
