The animation alone justifies the 32 minutes, every frame of Juri's fight is drawn with precision that most full series never achieve. This isn't a story OVA pretending to have depth it doesn't have; it's a pure showcase built for people who came to watch a skilled fighter move through space. If you want narrative substance, look elsewhere. If you want to see what happens when a studio commits entirely to making one character's combat abilities feel unstoppable and wrong, this is it.

Juri is a taekwondo fighter who carries a strange implant where her left eye used to be. The shady S.I.N. organization built the device, and it grants her enormous power. Chun Li, Guile and Cammy set out to learn more about her and what she has been doing. The single-episode action adventure OVA promises to uncover the truth behind Juri's evil eye and gives plenty of screen time to Cammy and the Dolls. In Japan it was bundled with the Xbox 360 edition of the game in 2010.
