When a book drops onto the keyboard of Sho's computer, the monitor suddenly lets anyone in his home look into the past. The discovery soon brings trouble: Ruffles, the dog belonging to Chris, gets lost in time. Zenmaijikake and Sho's cousin Hisashi set off to find her, while Sho and Azusa stay behind in the present, watching over and operating the computer. On top of the search, the older children struggle to keep everything hidden from Sho's parents. Each episode retells a story from the Bible, with the characters who open the book drawn into the events and experiencing them firsthand.
