The boy who grants luck to everyone but himself is still climbing, and the world is still taking. Season two deepens what made the first burn: conversations that reshape factions, sacrifices that cost more than the last time, a meditation on what becomes of someone extraordinary when extraordinary stops being enough. The swordplay matters less than what each blade represents, a person's will, a debt unpaid, a boundary crossed that can't be uncrossed.

A long journey and countless battles lie ahead of Chen Ping'an in this second season, and through them the young man grows in strength and learns what responsibility weighs. The duty he has accepted is a great one: now that the Li Zhu Grotto-Heaven has collapsed, he is escorting Li Baoping and the rest of the group to Great Sui, where they will study. Foes and supernatural threats make the road extremely dangerous, but help comes from A Liang, a mysterious swordsman, and from other powerful figures.
