SYNOPSIS
When iron mysteriously disappears from Okinawa, a strange child named Kanahiru washes ashore from Iron Hills, a mythical land across distant seas. The locals of Gana Hill regard him with suspicion, unable to understand his foreign ways or his bafflement at their landscape. Kanahiru's presence brings both wonder and friction to the island community, though he gradually finds reasons to call this place home. Years pass quietly until ferocious demons sweep across Gana Hill, destroying everything in their path and dragging Kanahiru away to their dark island. What begins as a story of cultural displacement transforms into something far more urgent: a battle for survival and redemption. Kanahiru must navigate the demon realm while discovering truths about his origins and the connection between his arrival and the catastrophe that has befallen his adopted home. The film weaves together folklore and fantasy, asking whether a foreigner can truly belong to a place, and at what cost he might protect it.
