Linn Suzuki has run away from a cruel mistress in Deep Kyoto and come to Edo to look for her missing brother, Tetsujin, who was last seen working for the Kuon Detective Agency. When thugs attack her on a Tokyo street, a beautiful stranger fights them all off. The rescuer turns out to be Miho Kuon, who takes Linn in and nicknames her Kotetsu, meaning Little Tetsu, after her brother. Trouble follows soon after, because a mysterious group called the Syndicate is hunting Miho, and Linn is caught up in the danger. The two-episode OVA mixes action and comedy with ecchi, romance, fantasy, sci-fi and supernatural elements.
