A high schooler crash-lands in a Sengoku period where every warlord is a woman, and instead of becoming a self-insert fantasy, the show actually cares about the strategy and the conquest more than the skirts. Yoshiharu stays useful because he's solving actual problems, not because the narrative bends to worship him. The time travel never gets explained, which is annoying, but the romantic tension builds through genuine competence and shared ambition rather than harem checklist moments.

Sagara Yoshiharu is an ordinary high school student until he wakes up in the middle of a battle in Japan's Sengoku period. There's one catch: most of the famous warlords here are cute girls. A warrior dies saving him, and Yoshiharu vows to stop history from drifting further off course. After he rescues Oda Nobuna, the female version of Oda Nobunaga, he becomes one of her retainers and helps her in a campaign to conquer Japan. What he learned from playing the game Nobunaga's Ambition lets him foresee coming events and swing battles in the Oda clan's favor. The show mixes action and drama with comedy and romance as Yoshiharu fights beside Nobuna's generals, hoping to see her dream realized and to find a way back home.
