As the title suggests, the story centers on the disappearance of Conan Edogawa, over what it calls the worst two days in history. Along the way it brings to light an episode from Conan's past that had never been told before, blending mystery and adventure with comedy. The special was also packaged with the limited edition of the manga's 86th volume.
