Four years of waiting, and Shiki and Mikiya meet in the same place where everything started. The entire series collapses into one conversation, one choice, one moment that decides whether their connection survives what both of them have become. There is no action, no twist, no escape from what needs to be said, and that is exactly the point.

Four years have passed since Mikiya first encountered Shiki Ryougi, and their paths converge once more in March 1999 at the very location where everything began. Heading home through falling snow, Mikiya finds her waiting by a railing, just as she stood at their first meeting. As the pair talk over their past and everything they have been through together, he comes to sense that something is off. The person before him is not the Shiki he knows but a separate presence living inside her body. The OVA is a mystery with psychological and supernatural elements.
