Surya is a young Nepalese boy from a small village overlooking the Himalayas. One day a crane arrives carrying a letter, a heartfelt plea for help from a princess. Though he is far from the bravest of boys, Surya sets out to find the person who wrote it, and his search leads him to a mysterious kingdom in the mountains.
