A washed-up pro gamer starts from zero on a new server and immediately begins dismantling every assumption people have about what he can do. You watch someone who knows the game so deeply that he sees three moves ahead while everyone else is still reading the tutorial. The side cast dissolves into noise pretty quick, but that's fine, this show is built around one player solving the puzzle of Glory with cold precision and watching lesser players realize they're standing in front of someone they don't have the language to compete with.

Ye Xiu was once one of Glory's top professional players, a pioneer nicknamed the Battle God. Forced out of his team and his pro career, he takes a job managing a nearby internet café. When Glory launches its tenth server, he returns to the game with a new character, Lord Grim, and sets out to climb back to the top. His early feats on the new server quickly draw the attention of players and major guilds, who want to know who this exceptional newcomer is. He brings ten years of experience, deep knowledge of the game and an unfinished weapon he made himself. Still, starting over with no sponsors and no team in a game that has changed brings plenty of obstacles, and he takes them on alongside talented new allies in this action drama.
