A chocolatière grants wishes to broken people, but the price is always something that matters. The shop itself becomes a confessional where strangers walk in carrying real weight and walk out transformed, lighter, emptier. Chocolat never explains the magic, she just listens, hands you something sweet, and takes what you need to lose.

Chocolat Aikawa is a chocolatier who runs a shop called Chocolat Noir with her enigmatic acquaintance, Cacao Theobroma. Its specially made chocolates are said to grant wishes, and troubled people keep finding their way to its door. The price is steep: each customer must give up their most precious possession. Chocolat looks composed, but behind that mysterious front is a troubled young girl with an unresolved score from her past. This fantasy horror mystery OVA adapts Mizuho Rino's manga, and its episodes were first released on bonus DVDs bundled with the shoujo magazine Ciao.
