SYNOPSIS
Ivy carries a curse from birth: she was born without a Star, the magical core that grants every Tamer their power. Cast out by her village as bad luck, she survives alone in the wilderness by scavenging scraps and broken items from the forest floor. Her quiet, hollow existence shifts when she encounters Sora, a timid slime struggling to survive on its own. Despite being the weakest creature imaginable, the slime shows Ivy unexpected kindness. Together, they form an unlikely partnership. Ivy discovers that her lack of a Star doesn't mean she lacks worth. As they journey deeper into the world, picking through forgotten places and discovering hidden value in discarded things, a strange bond develops between them. What begins as two misfits simply trying to eat their next meal becomes something richer.
