A witch with an SSS-Rank skill called "Internet" shows up to a doomed port town and solves apocalypse with the same energy you'd use to speedrun a side quest. The premise is absurd enough that it could collapse into parody, but the show commits to treating Lorna's overpowered nonsense with complete seriousness. She's here to eat seafood and save the world, not necessarily in that order, and every scene moves like it knows exactly how funny that contrast is.
Rona's family throws her out when she awakens an ability they consider utterly worthless. With no money and no food, she is close to hitting bottom when she finally works out how to use her skill, called "Internet." The SSS-Rank ability gives her godlike knowledge, letting her gather endless valuable items and obtain rare equipment without taking part in any events. With a talent this overpowered, she is free to do whatever she likes, though some of what the Internet tells her, like the meaning of "lmfao," still leaves her puzzled. The result is a comedic action fantasy.
