Kobayashi Manabu begins his freshman year at the prestigious Kirameki High School. Armed with a video camera, he wanders the new campus under the pretense of gathering data for the student council, using that excuse to sit down for interviews with the girls who serve as the story's heroines. The single OVA episode was made to mark the launch of Tokimeki Memorial 4, a PSP entry in the long-running romance simulation franchise, and came bundled with the game's complete set as well as being sold separately.
