A love story told entirely through animation and a single perfect song, nothing wasted. The visuals move only as much as the music demands, letting you sit with the ache of distance and longing instead of filling silence with noise. This is what it looks like when a artist trusts that restraint is its own kind of beauty.

Tooi Koi no Monogatari is a single music video made for the song of the same name by Yuusuke Tominaga. The one-episode piece aired as part of Minna no Uta, a program on the Japanese broadcaster NHK.
