Two new episodes of Hamtaro came out in 2012, airing as part of a rerun of the original anime. The episodes are titled "Searching for Memories" and "Panda Goes to Meet a Panda." The pair brings the franchise back with a light blend of adventure, comedy and everyday slice-of-life storytelling.
