The ocean kingdom of Grand Ocean has been attacked by a witch from the dark depths of the sea who has stolen its people's motivation power, and the world will be in serious trouble if humans lose theirs too. When the witch's servant captures Laura, Manatsu transforms into Cure Summer to save her. As new friends join the team, Manatsu adjusts to a busy new life while defending humanity's liveliness from invaders out of the ocean.
