Pénélope is a blue koala, and these two fantasy episodes follow her adventures. They come from the European picture books by Georg Hallensleben and Ann Gutman. The episodes were newly made in 2007 as a follow-up to the Ukkari Pénélope television series and were released in a Christmas gift box. Both later aired on NHK on December 22, just before the holiday.
