This is the show you put on when you need to stop thinking. Eight junior high girls doing nothing in particular, but the animation is so clean and the color work so precise that watching them sit around becomes genuinely meditative. The episodes are short enough that you finish the whole season in one sitting, and by the end you realize you weren't watching for a story, you were watching to exist in that space with them.

Eight schoolgirls in the Urawa district of Saitama spend their days together, and their very different personalities keep bumping into one another. Energetic Usagi, named after a nearby shrine, belongs to the Railway Club along with strict Tokiwa, lively Minami, shy Sakura and the graceful club president Midori. Student council president Saiko holds a grudge against the club, while council member Kojika eyes its spending with suspicion. The result is a light comedy of everyday school life that also promotes the city of Urawa.
