Utsurun Desu doesn't set up punchlines; it just drops you into a world where logic has already quit. The comedy lives in the spaces between panels, in character reactions that make no sense until they do. Three episodes of pure nonsense that rewards the kind of brain that actually wants to be confused by a joke.

A rotating cast of bizarre characters inhabits a world where logic takes a permanent vacation. Adapted from Sensha Yoshida's four-panel gag manga, which ran in Big Comic Spirits from 1989 to 1994, this three-episode OVA carries over the source's nonsensical humor. Its oddball characters deliver jokes that refuse to follow any logic or reason, making it a pure comedy of the absurd.
