Tsubame's chaos is the same every time, which somehow makes it funnier. Yuki stops fighting it somewhere around episode two and never looks back. The OVA is just them existing in that space where the annoying maid has become the entire point, the way a comfortable disaster becomes home.

UzaMaid!: My Maid Is Still Seriously Way Too Annoying... is a single-episode OVA from 2019 that came bundled with the fourth Blu-ray and DVD volume of Uchi no Maid ga Uzasugiru! It is a special swimsuit-focused episode, and as a comedy and slice-of-life extra it offers a short, lighthearted side outing for viewers who have already seen the main series.
