A dead CIA agent turns up floating in the Seine, and French secret service agent Monsieur Lassar becomes convinced it is tied to a savage attack on a NASA base in Arizona. Kuki Kosaburo, who fled to France under a false identity after his involvement with an international terrorist group, is caught by Lassar and offered his freedom if he helps look into CIA operations in France. The trail leads to star Lamia Vindaw and a vampire cult whose eccentric surface may conceal something far more dangerous. The story unfolds as a single-episode supernatural OVA.
