Humanity clings to existence on a drowning world. The Antarctic ice has melted and put most land under water, and mankind itself weakens with each generation of cloning. A small band of survivors starts over on the surface of the sea, draining every other living thing of what it needs to stay alive. Eventually they find people who hold a vast supply of the essentials for survival. Those young men now keep traveling to stay ahead of their pursuers, searching for the one source of help that might still exist somewhere. The result is an eight-episode science fiction story set at the edge of human extinction.
