A single song about a kingfisher that laughs, animated with the kind of stillness that makes you listen instead of watch. The melody does the heavy lifting, patient and conversational, while the visuals sit beside it like an old friend not needing to fill the silence. This is what happens when you trust a song enough to let it be the story.

Warai Kawasemi ni Hanasu na yo is a single-episode music video made for the song of the same name, performed by Toshie Kusunoki. It was broadcast as part of Minna no Uta, a program on NHK.
