Lua's healing power costs her everything, so when everyone she saved turns their back, revenge stops being abstract and becomes personal survival. The romance isn't a subplot tacked onto the revenge fantasy, it's the reason the betrayal cuts deeper than any blade, and why taking back power means deciding who deserves to stay in her life. This show treats a woman's anger as legitimate and her choices as complicated, not morally tidy, and that distinction makes all the difference.

Lua, a saintess candidate, bears a healing gift with a brutal cost: every wound she mends moves onto her own body, earning her the mocking name Broken Saintess. Others torment her for it, but her closest friend Arianne always defends her. Then Lua nearly dies saving Commander Garrett, her crush, from a fatal beast attack. When she recovers, the truth hits harder than any injury: Arianne has taken credit for the healing and become engaged to Garrett. Devastated by the betrayal, Lua refuses to heal anyone again. When the second prince, Sven, approaches her with an offer to join him on the path of revenge, she accepts, stepping into a new life as a villainess ready to strike back at those who wronged her.
