Nobody talks about this one. A CEO reincarnated as a little girl runs a company with the same cutthroat logic she had before, except now her employees keep mistaking her for a mascot character. The gap between her deadpan business jargon and her actual size creates comedy that doesn't rely on fanservice or slapstick, it's just the absurdity of watching a child in a suit explain quarterly projections with zero patience for sentiment. If you want a show that's funny without trying to be loud about it, that respects your intelligence enough to let you catch the joke without explaining it, this lands different. The sequel assumes you already know her voice. It doesn't slow down.

Youjo Shachou R is a 2023 comedy ONA running 13 episodes, continuing the story of Youjo Shachou. Its source is a comedic web manga by Fujii Odeko. The earlier entry, released in English as Cute Executive Officer, centered on Najimu Mujina, a girl too young to vote who serves as president and CEO of the Mujina Company. She handles the grown-up world with cheerful energy, whether playing golf with coworkers, working out contracts or bothering her assistant, Yuki.
