SYNOPSIS
Kindaichi accepts an invitation to Deep Blue Island, an exclusive resort where his classmate Akane is celebrating with her wealthy family. What should be a relaxing getaway turns into a nightmare when armed criminals infiltrate the hotel posing as staff members. Their mission is clear: eliminate the Aizawa Group executives. But the hired killers operate under a dangerous handicap. They've never seen their mysterious boss in person and have no idea he's already inside the hotel, moving freely among his intended targets. As bodies begin piling up, Kindaichi finds himself trapped in a locked resort with guests, staff, and killers he can't easily distinguish from one another. The detective must uncover the criminal operation's true structure before the body count spirals further. Every person around him becomes a suspect. Every conversation could reveal hidden motives. Time is running out as the lines between victim and perpetrator blur, and Kindaichi races to solve the puzzle before the island becomes a graveyard.
