Yumemi Douji is a short drama film from the earliest years of Toei Animation, directed by Fukiya Kouji. It ranks among the studio's very first animated works made in color, and it was produced before Hakujaden, which became Japan's first full-length color animated feature. That places it as an early step in the history of Japanese color animation.
